The award was presented at the prestigious APEX/IFSA Global EXPO held in Long Beach, California, following a rigorous passenger-driven review process. APEX certified nearly one million flights across close to 600 airlines worldwide to determine the 2026 Star Ratings, making this recognition a direct reflection of passenger feedback and satisfaction.
