Ethiopian Airlines, the leading airline in the continent has now renewed its leadership status in the African aviation industry by operating the first African Airbus A350 XWB. What is more, Ethiopian has many more state-of-the-art aircraft in its operation and in order.

Ethiopian Airbus being to roar on the African skies and beyond, the question is which city is to host this state-of-the-art aircraft first in African soil.
Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam, in this regard said, “for us, it is always; ‘Africa First’; and that is why we have decided to start our first Airbus A-350 operation to/from the giant of Africa, Nigeria and specifically Lagos on July 2, 2016.
The introduction of latest technology air machines like the Airbus A-350 and the B-787 Dreamliner strongly show that Ethiopia in particular and Africa in general are rising in the 21st Century with fastest growing socio-economic developments.”
