Ethiopian Graduates 34 Cabin Crew - 07 April, 2010

Thirty four (34) cabin crew trainees are graduating today April 06th, 2010 in a graduation ceremony to be held at Ethiopian Airlines head quarters. The Ethiopian Aviation Academy conducts a rigorous class-room and on-job-training to bring the trainees up to the required service standard.

Ato Yilkal Mengesha, the head of the Cabin Crew Training unit underscores the importance of the aforementioned training as well as the safety drills to enable the trainees aviation standards and deliver quality service onboard Ethiopian flights.

The training is designed with the customer as a focal point and today’s graduates are expected to exceed customers’ expectations and take the company’s commitment to service excellence a step further.

The recruitment and training of cabin crew has now come to be a continuous and year-round activity at “Aviation Academy” to meet the ever growing demand of the company whose growth and expansion is unparalleled in the continent.
