Ethiopian Enhances Cooperation with ASKY Airlines - 30 August, 2010
Effective 05 September, Ethiopian Airlines in cooperation with its partner ASKY Airlines will introduce new connectivity between West Africa and Ethiopian’s worldwide network.
Passengers from Freetown, Monrovia, Conakry, Cotonou, Abidjan, Banjul and Niamey will have more and improved connectivity to Addis Ababa, East Africa, the Middle East, and Asia with ASKY’s new flights. Specifically, Cotonou will get daily connectivity to Ethiopian’s network, and Abidjan will get six weekly connections, three via ASKY aircraft and three via Ethiopian aircraft. On this date, Ethiopian will transfer its operations at Monrovia to ASKY.

The enhanced cooperation between ASKY and Ethiopian Airlines will make connectivity between West Africa and Ethiopian’s vast network throughout East Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, including such destinations as Bombay, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Beirut, Cairo, Tel Aviv, and Nairobi.
