Ethiopian Celebrates the graduation of 38 Cabin Crew - 16 August, 2011

On August 16, 2011, Ethiopian Aviation Academy has celebrated the graduation of 38 cabin crew, highlighting the airline’s continued commitment to deliver quality on board services to its customers.

During the graduation event held at the Ethiopian headquarters, Mr. Tewolde Gebremariam, CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, handed over diplomas and cabin crew wings to the graduates and awards to four top performing graduates.

The trainees have passed through rigorous classroom and on the job training courses on customer awareness, onboard service delivery, grooming and emergency procedures. The addition of the young and energetic cabin crew will enhance Ethiopian in-flight services that has been branded with the genuine warm hospitality and caring qualities of its cabin crew.
