Ethiopian Airlines Sponsors South African Tour Group - 29 April, 2012

Ethiopian Airlines, the fastest growing African airline, is pleased to sponsor 40 South African tour group on their familiarization trip to Ethiopia to explore the fascinating tourist attraction sites of Ethiopia.

H.E. Wz. Tadelech Dalecho, State Minister of Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Airlines Executive Management team and the management of Kuriftu Resort and Spa welcomed the group on their arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

The tour group comprises the famous Ethiopian super model Anna Getaneh, journalists and editors of famous magazines in South Africa, which have reputable record of supporting tourism not only in Ethiopia but also in Africa.

Ethiopian Airlines made its maiden flight to Johannesburg in June 1993 and currently provides a non-stop daily service between Addis Ababa and Johannesburg. In summer 2012, Ethiopian will start flying to Johannesburg with its 787 Dreamliner, the 21st century technology airplane. By flying with the Dreamliner, Ethiopian is pleased to offer its valued customers the opportunity to experience the new comfort level of the latest technology in aviation.
