Qualification requirements:
- A minimum of Aviation Diploma in the field of passenger handling and Ticketing.
- Proven experience in an airline or Travel Agency as Customer handling and counter agent. At least two years for Junior Customer service agent position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Operating skill of Sabre DCS, would be a plus.
