We ensure effective systems and controls are in place to diminish the risk of human trafficking taking place in our business operations or supply chains. Ethiopian take a zero tolerance approach to human trafficking within its business and within its supply chain and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure human trafficking is not taking place in its own business or in any of its supply chains.

  • Train all of relevant individuals throughout the Company that enable us to fight human trafficking so that, individuals can recognize human trafficking practices and take steps to avoid the same;
  • we encourage Anyone working on the Company’s behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, management volunteers, agency workers, agents, contractors etc. must read, understand and comply with anti-human trafficking Policy
  • We prevent, detect and report human trafficking in any part of the Company’s businesses.
  • We encourage all stakeholders to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of human trafficking.
  • Zero-tolerance approach to human trafficking must be communicated to all stake holders at the outset of our business relationship with them, Polices (legislations) of regulatory bodies and reinforced as appropriate thereafter.
  • Encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under human trafficking guideline.
  • Assess human trafficking risks within the Company and its supply chain and the development of effective, efficient and transparent controls to reduce exposure to those risks;
  • Host community awareness conversations (events) with law enforcement, anti-trafficking leaders or local victim service provider. Regarding safeguarding youth in our community.
